What is the Āra?

An Āra invokes sensitivity to your inner worlds, invites you to re-align with your values, and acts as the cocoon for your metamorphosis.

We believe that secret sanctuaries are an important element of the home.

Conscious time, conscious space. Whatever your personal practice is, the Āra is a place to return to throughout the day or week that supports the habit of your practice.

The ĀRA is multi-form.

IT IS PHYSICAL -

Like a cocoon - though it does not need to be bound by walls. Your objects, tools, and intentions define the space, and therefore, it can move with you, or take form in various physical locations in your daily life.

IT IS REMEDY -

Healing for the mind and body, through the knowledge and use of herbs, minerals, oils, extracts, tinctures, and breath.

IT IS PRACTICE -

In the form of creative process, perspiration, personal care, emotional connection, and meditation.

Simply put, the ĀRA is a space that elevates your being.
