Shipping policy

Each WORLD OF MYŌTH package is carefully assembled from our location in South Carolina, typically shipping within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. Freight time depends on your destination (see below for more information). During special promotions, expect some delay as our small team works to deliver these transportive elements to you. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

We are currently shipping to the US and Canada.

For other international shipping, please contact us at info@worldofmyoth.com. Please note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments. In the case of international shipping, please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. We also do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you

Although we try our best to have accurate shipping costs reflected at the time of purchase, larger items (particularly large crystals) may require additional shipping charges. If this happens, you will be contacted after check-out with the revised quote to approve.

The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.

All Dermis orders over $125USD are eligible for free shipping when combined with code "FREESHIP". Crystal and mineral orders are not currently eligible for free shipping.

Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.

WORLD OF MYŌTH is also not responsible for any delays in delivery or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
